Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging attached.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be redeemed at The Reign Charm or Reign Nails.
• Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

 

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Personal care items (such as exfoliating gloves/nets, cuticle oils, body scrubs, lotions, etc.) once opened
• Clearance sale items
• Gift certificates

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
